Mezotrace Powder

What Is Mezotrace

2 million years in the making

It is mostly in the form of carbonates and very low in other forms such as halides, hydroxides, sulfates, phosphates and oxides, some of which may be found in other mineral supplements.  Of importance is the high level of Hydrogen Sulfide found in Mezotrace rock. Hydrogen Sulfide is heavier than air and released from the Mezotrace rock upon milling it into a powder. This result in little to no oxidation occuring with the powder and an extreme compatibility with the high and uncommon quantity of the diversity of minerals found only in Mezotrace. Lifestar has over 30 years of experience with the application of Mezotrace in Agriculture, Animal and Human Supplementation. Taken before bedtime, Mezotrace will typically induce a deeper more relaxed sleep. Please Note:The current label is misleading and doesn’t  accurately represent the unique contents of the bottle.

Mezotrace® is a 100 percent natural and unique mineral-rich carbonate compound with abundant calcium, magnesium and trace elements. It contains 11 of the known 17 essential minerals for optimum health, and 64 minerals altogether. Mezotrace® is the most complete source of naturally occurring combinations and amounts of primary and essential minerals and trace elements (micronutrients) known to exist.

Unique on the Planet

Mined from an exclusive rock formation in the western United States, there is nothing else like Mezotrace® on the planet. Speculation is that it was formed from a freshwater seabed during the Triassic-Jurassic periods of the Mesozoic Era, approximately 150 to 200 million years ago.

Totally Pure, Never Touched By Pollution

The purity and viability of these minerals and trace elements has been protected from erosion, leaching, and outside pollutants by being encased, since original formation, in rock rich in naturally occurring hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen Sulfide is a powerful antioxidant and is thought to have played a major role in the preservation of the extraordinarily large percentage of organics found in Mezotrace®.

Health Benefits

One rock formation, many minerals

Mezotrace® appears to have a great many uses in human health and nutrition. Since 1983 people who have used it have reported relief from the pain and stiffness associated with arthritic conditions, bursitis, bone spurs and other bone/joint ailments, and it appears to be effective as an aid to more rapid healing from bone and joint injuries and operations. Additionally, Mezotrace® may provide support in relieving leg cramping and muscle spasms, in promoting healthier hair and nail growth, in cleansing and regulating the digestive system and bowels (thus promoting greater colonic health). It may also help reduce physical and mental stresses.

It has been used by pregnant women and nursing mothers as an aid to better nutrition, to ensure in more comfortable deliveries, healthier babies, and increased natural milk content. In general use, it may enhance the overall physical conditioning and help provide relief from the stresses of daily life. Mezotrace® has numerous benefits with regard to general human nutrition and everyday more people are discovering and reporting ways in which its continued use is helping them.

About Us

Dave Sexton, head of the Mezotrace family business.

The Mezotrace® mine began in 1964 after founder Glen Sexton retired from the logging business in California and moved to Nevada because of asthma. He was an avid hunter, and one day he was hunting in a canyon for Chukars—birds in the partridge family—when he came across a rock formation that he found intriguing. He picked up some samples and sent them to a lab to be analyzed, where he discovered that the stone was 97 percent carbonate and very rich in calcium and magnesium. This mineral compound was completely different than other mineral formations.

Intrigued by the high calcium and magnesium carbonate component of the material, Glen suggested to his father that he might feed the compound, which is now known as Mezotrace®, to their Pomeranian dogs and dairy cow. Father and son soon discovered that the animals thrived on Mezotrace®, and the cow produced more milk and butterfat. Seeing these results, Glen staked a claim in the Nevada canyon, and developed the Mezotrace® mine and launched the Mezotrace®  product line.

Great care has been taken in the mining, milling, and production processes. The Mezotrace® mine grinds about three tons of Mezotrace® an hour.

Glen Sexton, founder of the Mezotrace Mine.

Glen’s children took over the mine in 1996, and it is now run by the surviving son Dave Sexton and his wife, June. June runs the Mezotrace® office while Dave is a jack-of-all-trades, working as a miner, truck driver, miller, etc., for the company. The man with the cowboy hat on the old bottle’s label is Glen, a man known for his curiosity, guts and fortitude.

While early sales of Mezotrace® were within the dairy industry, after more tests, the Mezotrace® compound was found to have benefits for humans, too, so a larger product line was formed for people. Our Vitaquine line for horses was added, as well. Animals love Mezotrace so it feeds easily.

“Mezotrace® is a sleeping giant,” notes Dave. He is passionate about its health benefits and has been overwhelmed with testimonials from customers whose lives have been transformed for the better by taking this unique compound of minerals and trace elements.
