Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the day you received your shipment. Since receiving your shipment, we may offer you a full refund or exchange if you are experiencing an unusual circumstance that needs to be evaluated by us.

Typically, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Let us know your circumstances.

There may be rare situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item that may be in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Talk to us.
  • Any item that may be returned more than 30 days after delivery. Talk to us.
  • Any item damaged by the shippng company and your not able to file a damage claim. Talk to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or phone you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about a refund. Talk to us quickly, particularly if you are in a stressful situation.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually less than 30 days and some times immediately.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.

Next contact your bank. There may be some processing time by them before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We may only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at frontdesk@lifestsar.net with a picture of your item if you can, or mail to Lifestar, 2301 W. State Route 89A, Suite 107, Sedona, Az. 86336

Shipping returns

Call us first. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lifestar, 2301 W. State Route 89A, Suite 107, Sedona, Az. 86336

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may be non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on your circumstance, we may be able to send you a return label to put on your original box at no charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
