The majority of vitamin and mineral supplements are manufactured by large chemical corporations (we have identified their names and more) rather than being naturally occurring substances. These supplements lack the protein attachment and other essential components that nature incorporates into the food chain, whether derived from plants or animals. A closer examination of Nature reveals that food is a form of life, not a manufactured entity. According to the Food and Drug Administration, food is a “substance” composed of various components. These components do not possess the ability to move independently or engage in interactions. Consequently, consuming Natural or minimally processed foods, free from excessive processing and chemical additives designed to extend shelf life, has its own set of consequences. This aspect warrants thoughtful consideration.
